The 2023 Casino Direct Marketing Association (CDMA) board of directors has officially been announced, and it is a diverse group of industry professionals with a wealth of experience. The new board is composed of nine members. The CDMA is an organization that is dedicated to promoting the growth and success of the casino direct marketing industry. The board is responsible for setting the overall strategy and direction of the organization, as well as overseeing the day-to-day operations.

The members of the 2023 CDMA board of directors come from a variety of backgrounds within the casino industry. They bring a wide range of expertise and skills to the table, including marketing, operations, technology, and finance. The Board of Directors is led by Linda Gordon, President, who has more than 20 years of experience in the gaming industry. Other members include Luigi Mastropietro, Chairman & Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee, Penny Bigelow, Treasurer, Craig Border, Secretary, and Douglas Abbott, Past President, Membership Committee Chairman. The board is rounded out by additional members at large (below), including Julia Carcamo, Wendy Colosi, and Andrew Phipps. Each member brings a unique perspective to the board and is committed to advancing the CDMA’s mission.

The Casino Direct Marketing Association was formed by a group of casino direct marketing and industry executives encompassing a wide-range of vendors and services with a variety of experience and knowledge spanning different aspects of the industry. The idea for the association was first conceptualized during a series of focus groups in August 2005 when it was determined that our industry could benefit from having its own association. “There was a lot of benchmarking that needed to be done and had for some time. Once we started talking about it, the need was obvious,” said Luigi Mastropietro, Vice President of Relationship Marketing at Everi, one of the visionaries behind the Casino DMA. “By sharing our information, we have a better understanding of industry trends and a clearer sense of which direction to take next.”

The Casino Direct Marketing Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit trade association headquartered in Las Vegas, NV that provides a national network forum for Casino Marketing Executives and their Industry Partners.

The Casino DMA allows industry peers to explore new technology, share ideas among members and provides resources to continuously improve casino direct marketing strategies.
