Meet Your 2025
At the start of its 20th Anniversary year, the 2025 Casino Direct Marketing Association (Casino DMA) board of directors has officially been announced. The new board is composed of eight casino industry professionals with extensive experience, forming a diverse group with a wealth of experience. The Casino DMA is an organization dedicated to promoting the growth and success of the casino direct marketing industry. The board’s duties include defining the organization’s strategy, guiding its direction, and supervising daily operations.
The members of the 2025 Casino DMA board of directors come from various backgrounds within the casino industry. They bring a wide range of expertise and skills to the table, including marketing, operations, technology, and finance. The Board of Directors is led by Steven Paci, President, who has more than 10 years of experience in the gaming industry. Other members include Luigi Mastropietro, Chairman & Co-Chair of the Oversight Committee, Julia Carcamo, Board Vice Chair, Penny Bigelow, Treasurer, Craig Border, Secretary, and Douglas Abbott, Membership Committee Chairman. The board is rounded out by additional members at large (below), Joshua LeDuff, Marketing Committee Chair, Chad Hallert, Education Chair, Linda Gordon, Past President, Networking & Events Committee Chair. Each member brings a unique perspective to the board and is committed to advancing the Casino DMA’s mission.

The Casino Direct Marketing Association was formed by a group of casino direct marketing and industry executives encompassing a wide-range of vendors and services with a variety of experience and knowledge spanning different aspects of the industry. The idea for the association was first conceptualized during a series of focus groups in August 2005 when it was determined that our industry could benefit from having its own association. “There was a lot of benchmarking that needed to be done and had for some time. Once we started talking about it, the need was obvious,” said Luigi Mastropietro, Vice President of Relationship Marketing at Everi, one of the visionaries behind the Casino DMA. “By sharing our information, we have a better understanding of industry trends and a clearer sense of which direction to take next.”
The Casino Direct Marketing Association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit trade association headquartered in Las Vegas, NV that provides a national network forum for Casino Marketing Executives and their Industry Partners.
The Casino DMA allows industry peers to explore new technology, share ideas among members and provides resources to continuously improve casino direct marketing strategies.
